• What type of service do you provide?

We offer exclusive access to the select few hotels in the most visited destinations in the world at up to 75% off their published rates for an off-season month-to-month stay.
 

• How much do you charge for access to view these hotels?

The first hotel in the city of your choice is provided at no charge to you. If you would like additional hotel options with targeted requests for your stay, we do offer these for a premium.

• Why have I never heard of your service before?

We are a brand new service. This is the first time any company has connected budget conscious travelers with premium hotels for highly discounted off-season monthly stays.

 

• What if the city I would like to visit is not on your list?

 

We currently have 1,000 of the most visited city destinations in our database. If your location selected is not in our database or without monthly hotels, you may choose an alternate city.

 

• How long does it take to receive the results of my hotel request form?

 

We are currently in the process of a soft opening, as so it may take a few weeks for delivery to your email. All request forms will be processed in order of receipt on our website.

• What if the hotels provided to me are not to my satisfaction?

 

The first hotel option we send to you is free of charge, at no cost to you. If you purchase additional hotel options and are not satisfied for any reason, simply let us know for a full refund.

• What if I choose multiple hotel options and less than the amount are available?

 

Before we process your order for additional premium hotel selections, we will notify you how many total hotel options are available in your selected city. You will only pay upon availability.

• How much money can I save through your service?

 

On average, you can expect to save from $1,000 to $2,500 USD a month for your stay with the rates provided to you through one of our hotel partners selected for you.

• Do you have hotel availability in the most expensive cities in the world?

 

For some of the most expensive cities in the world, it was not possible to find hotels under $1,000 USD a month. If this is the case, we will notify you once your request form has been submitted.

• When can I expect my hotel room to be cleaned?

 

All hotels include varied cleaning periods. The average cleaning takes place once-a-week, although some hotels offer bi-monthly or monthly cleaning as part of the special rate provided.

• Do any of the rooms include an area to cook meals?

 

Some of the rooms may include a small section for preparing meals. Since we specialize in hotel rooms and not apartments, the vast majority of rooms in our database are without a kitchen area.

• Is Wi-Fi and a desk/table included as part of the rooms?

 

Wi-Fi is standard with all of the hotels. We try our best to find accommodations with a place to work with a laptop. If a hotel room does not include such an area, we will provide an alternate.

• How do I secure my monthly stay rate with the hotel?

 

We will provide you with the hotel name and the hotel website, with a link to booking.com reviews. The contact name, email address & phone number will be provided to set up your stay.
